Iestates is a new kind of estate agency. We were established to try and offer a more transparent approach to the home selling and letting process, allowing you to choose which services you want to pay for. At Iestates we operate a 'package' based pricing system allowing you to save thousands over traditional estate agency fees. You can have as little or as much service as you like - from a listing and internet advert at just £ 79* right through to a full service package based on an agreed percentage with you.
Step 1
Choose the right iPackage for your needs. Note that if your town is not served by our Iestates office, you can still use our Plan One service. This has been used locally, nationally and internationally by some of our clients who have saved thousands compared to traditional estate agency fees....
Step 2
Purchase your plan online and receive your login, which allows you to view a range of personal data related to your property.
Step 3
We will market your property online and within our office,and will work our client base to match you to a buyer.
Step 4
We have no minimum or long term contracts - market your home until sold for one price and login whenever you like to make changes to your details or service plan!
